Richland Newhope Industries, Inc. (RNI) is a professional electronic recycling service and offers a wide range of business and corporate eRecycling assistance. RNI, Inc. is able to handle electronic collection, dismantlement and data destruction, along with many other recycling needs. Based in Mansfield, Ohio, RNI, Inc. also offers a pick-up and drop-off service. In addition, RNI, Inc. provides services that include compliance with government regulations, industry standards and corporate policies; RNI employs and serves over 500 people with developmental disabilities.

RNI provides opportunities through lawn care and custodial services that serve local businesses, agencies, churches and residential customers. RNI also has created unique work opportunities including our City Garden Café, Element of Art studio/gallery and our in-house workforce solutions. We have a staff of job coaches that assist and support individuals and can provide onsite job training to meet the employer’s standards as well. Richland Newhope Industries, Inc., centrally located in Mansfield, Ohio, employs individuals with disabilities, supplying quality goods and services to business, industry and government since 1963, serving nearly 200 local and out of state customers.
